Return Policy

At Calda Movement, we are committed to creating a smooth and supportive experience for our community. To help maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, we ask that you review our purchase policy before completing your transaction.

Studio Purchases

All purchases of memberships, class packs, drop-in classes, workshops, special events, and promotional offers are final sale. These purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, unless otherwise required by law.

Because class availability and studio capacity are limited, we are unable to offer refunds for missed classes, unused memberships, or unused class credits.

Retail Purchases

Retail items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, some retail items may be considered final sale. This may include items such as socks, water bottles, personal care products, or other select wellness goods.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Promotions and Special Offers

Any services or products purchased as part of a sale, promotional campaign, introductory offer, launch special, or limited-time event may be considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or transfer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Please refer to our booking and cancellation policy for information regarding reservation changes, late cancellations, and missed classes. Failure to cancel within the required window or attend a reserved class will result in the loss of that class credit or a $30 fee.
